Walker starred in Lifelines which was a film from 2007. The film was Rob Margolies' first film, and Kanbar Entertainment purchased it in 2008. Walker was the character Ashley Kowalski in 2008 as her granddaughter Clint Eastwood played in Gran Torino. The year 2012 saw Walker starred as Compliance. In May, 2014, it was announced that Walker would be co-starring in The Amazon Studios comedy-drama series Cocked co-starring Brian Dennehy, Jason Lee, Diora Baird, and Sam Trammell.
